Bespoke wine and gourmet tours are offered by La Rochelle Wine Tours.
They were established in the year 2000 and their passion for wine and sharing their knowledge has just increased to ensure that you have an unforgettable visit to the Cape Winelands.
They are based in Franschhoek, which is located in the Cape Winelands. It is a little gem surrounded by mountains with amazing scenery and only about a 1h15 minute drive from the Cape Town International Airport and a 1h20 minute drive from the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town.
Their small, but dedicated team’s goal is that you return home after having an unforgettable wine experience with a smile on your face an memories that will last a lifetime.. Their guides are trained by the Cape Wine Academy/WSET and the drivers for the non-guided driver service are also well versed with the area.
They do not follow set itineraries for the guided tours as the guide choose the wineries that will best compliment your palate/preferences. They prefer to visit some of the more boutique style wineries whilst introducing you to a variety of wines.
Guests get collected from their accommodation in the Stellenbosch/Franschhoek/Paarl area.
Collections from Cape Town is possible if tours are booked on a private basis.
